With some insurance plans I can bill out of network but I need information in order to confirm your appointment. When you request an appointment make sure its two weeks away so I have time to contact you for follow up paperwork and process your insurance. Once we are past the initial intake and information processes I will work with you to book future reoccurring sessions. Thank you!
