Cancellation Policy
Because of the nature of mobile massage: Labor intensive, extra stressful, travel time, set up time, appointment length time, and break down time, all cancellations will be charged the deposit fee that was required to book the service, no matter the reason. Because one 90min session takes up to, if not more that 3hrs, I have limited availability and therefore truly miss the opportunity to rebook someone else if your session is canceled. Therefore the cancelation fee is $75
