Mind, body, soul alignment through movement, breath, and journeying!

• This is a two hour workshop please bring: yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, and layers for temp comfort, ear plugs if that feels helpful and an eye cover if needed for journeys and a journal/pen. During the journey portion we will be laying on the floor for about an hour, so if you need additional supports like pillows or bolsters that's something to consider bringing, it's challenging to journey if you are uncomfortable, not warm, and or otherwise preoccupied in someway. 

• This is a Black, indigenous, people of color; LGBTQ+ welcome space. White hetero CIS people are very welcome to attend too; please be mindful, respectful and aware of how you interact in the space. 

• Have a nourishing breakfast, but not be super full, if you are in need of nourishment more frequently please bring a small snack option. We don't…
