The energy of the full moon is a time of great power, a culmination if you will, where access to our divine feminine energy (*see note below), intuition, wisdm and spiritual connection is amplified. 

Ever notice your mood, sleep, body and mind are affected leading up to and even after a full moon is occuring? that's real, as we know the moon effects all the water on the planet including the water within you! it's no wonder the full moon has been a time of ceremony, ritual, and circling of community, all the way back in human history. 

The intention of this circle will be: to move our bodies in order to work with the messages available within our somas, to release, clear and or honor our bodies through yoga and authentic movement practices, and to rest our bodies so we can journey and connect in with the guidance, visions, knowings, messages, healing, and more, that's avialble for your highest good at this time. After which we have time to share (optional) and be witnessed in our community circle. light treats and tea provided. If you are food sharer and it delights you to share feel free to bring an offering for the center altar which will have some finger foods/treats available.

• Only 15 spaces availabel in order to hold a safe and sacred container 

• I'm asking for $20-$40 sliding scale energy echange. For rental of the space, snacks and supplies, time and energy to create, prepare and promote, set up of the actual space, to hold space and channel in the moment for movement/yoga and journey guidance, then to clean up and clearing of the space. 

• Please arrive at least 15min early, to set up your space and get settled, we will start promptly at 630pm! if you are going to be late due to circumstances beyond your control, please text me directly, your communication and commitment to this is greatly appreciated.
