What to bring:

A yoga mat

Blanket (s)

Layers for warmth and comfort

An eye pillow or cover if that’s helpful during journeying and meditation

A journal and pen

A water bottle 

Ear plugs if you find that's a helpful thing for you during times where music might be too loud for your ears or if journey drumming is too loud for your ears

Anything else that helps you feel comfortable, for example we will take our shoes off at the door, although it's mostly carpet, I will be bringing my indoor slippers and warm and cozy socks.

We will have a full circle so we will be in fairly close proximity, if you need or want to wear a mask of course you are welcome to that.

There are extra blankets, pillows and chairs for our use as well so no worries if you don’t feel like bringing so much stuff.

General agenda:

Welcoming and opening (most of the energetics and spirit protocol of my longer and personal welcoming and opening protocols will be done prior to your arrival) group agreements and expectations.

Yoga and movement for divining with the full moon energy to receive healing, messages, clearings and more, through the soma (body) in relationship to authentic and intentional movement.

Into preparation for journeying-explanation of journeying and guided into your sacred inner landscape.
