Ever want that personalized coach who cares about your holistic wellbeing who can support your mind, body and soul alignment goals? ~This about practicing authentic self love, movement from the heart, based in real functional and structural movement. These classes can include all of the following and not in any specific order or hierarchy. ~Body based strength and conditioning; yoga; weight training ~Breathwork, guided meditation, mindfulness practices, imagination work, and mental focus ~Energy body attunement, check in's, and cleansing, clearing and refilling practices ~Whine, grind, twerk and shimmys may be sprinkled in at anytime Ever feel like meditation just isn't for you, like you're somehow unable to achieve a meditative state and that breathwork, mindfulness and similar practices are just not for your brain, NS and or mind? ~Let's open to an expanded idea of what meditation and meditative states can be.
