Gratitude for saying goodbye!

Welcome to my first website newsletter/blog post!

I have had the intention of creating and curating a monthly newsletter since I started my website in November of 2020. As you can tell some things take their sweet divine timing to come into being. And I surrender to the fact that although I wanted to write sooner, now is the time.

When I think about it, I am curious about what was holding me back from simply typing a few honest sentences and sending it out to the world….

The answer in a nutshell was way too high of expectations, based on false realities and ideas about what I thought a blog post or newsletter would look like, sound like, feel like, and the idea was overwhelming. I was exhausting myself and overwhelming myself before I even typed a single word. Over thinking the layout, the technicalities and technological knowledge needed, the design, and then the pressure of writing something worth reading.

Well today, I’m writing out of simple necessity, the need to convey important information, about upcoming events and of course to share my love, gratitude and appreciation for you all. And this is the only way available at the moment because I have logged off, deleted the apps and am not engaging on my social media accounts for at least 40 days. Yay, I love it so far, in case you're curious. So much extra time. Hence forth, this brief communication.

I would like to invite you to attend our curated and very specially located workshop:

On Saturday, January 14th, 2023 is an exciting and ever evolving co-created and co-facilitated workshop, “Elemental Exploration”, by my soul sister Elisa Olalde and I.

As we all reflect on 2022 and plan for 2023, my main sentiment is gratitude. It was a rough year, and it was a year full of growth and learning. It was a year of heartbreak and heartache, and it was a year of great achievements both personally and professionally, it was a year of acceptance, surrender and faith and it was interspersed with deep shadow work, self-honesty and depression. One thing I learned is I am never as alone as I think I am, and that reaching out proves this, and that gratitude exists in all states of my being, my gratitude practice kept me going when times were seemingly impossible and insurmountable. Part of that is you. Thank you for being along this journey with me, thank you for engaging in my life and/or my business in any way, every way counts. Every product or service purchased still honestly means the world to me. I am so grateful for, thankful and appreciative and that’s how I want to leave 2022 behind.

Peace out 2022 Grateful for all your lessons, Welcome 2023 Grateful for the opportunity for a New Year!
